These sculptures are part of a body of work slow light...a Nordic odyssey submitted for Bachelor of Visual Arts (Honours). First class awarded.

The sculptures are layered so that colour is predominantly reflected or refracted from impact of ambient light. One plane has 'radiant' qualities in that ambient light is transformed into mysterious and unpredictable colours and brilliance through the sculpture...effects best viewed as one moves around the works. An LED placed under the works allows the viewer a further enchanted experience in a darkened space.
